Sofia leads design with a philosophy that beautiful and functional are never mutually exclusive — they’re the same thing. With an MFA in Interaction Design from SVA New York and 9 years of product design experience across agency and in-house roles, she has created design systems used by over 500,000 daily users.
Her work has been featured in Awwwards, CSS Design Awards, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines showcase. Before AppsInfoway, she was the Lead Designer at a Series B health tech startup, where she redesigned the core patient experience and improved task completion rates by 62%.
Sofia runs the internal design critique sessions at AppsInfoway and mentors junior designers through a structured 12-week programme she developed for the agency.
