By downloading, accessing, or using SnapCut — AI Background Remover (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SnapCut is a mobile application that allows users to:

  • Remove backgrounds from images using AI technology
  • Edit, save, and share processed images

The App relies on third-party AI services to perform background removal.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You will use the App only for lawful purposes
  • You will not upload or process content that:
    • Violates any laws or regulations
    • Infringes intellectual property rights
    • Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material

You retain full responsibility for the content you upload.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

  • You retain all ownership rights to your photos and content
  • We do not claim ownership over your images

5.2 Processing Consent

By using the App, you grant us permission to:

  • Temporarily process your images for background removal
  • Transmit images to third-party AI providers for processing

5.3 Storage

  • We do not store your images on our servers
  • Images are processed and returned to you

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

  • AI processing providers (e.g., Stability AI / ClipDrop)
  • Subscription management (RevenueCat)
  • Analytics (Firebase)

Your use of the App also implies acceptance of these third-party terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party service behavior or availability.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Billing

  • Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account

7.2 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings

7.3 Refunds

  • All billing and refunds are handled by Apple
  • We do not have control over refund decisions

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user content) are owned by Apps Infoway, including:

  • App design
  • Features and functionality
  • Branding and trademarks

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to abuse the service

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation
  • Continuous availability
  • Accuracy of AI-generated results

AI outputs may not always be perfect or suitable for all purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Apps Infoway shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, images, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from third-party services

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to the App
  • Restrict usage for violations of these Terms

You may stop using the App at any time.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted within the App or website
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes
