HealthTrack Pro is a remote patient monitoring platform connecting patients and healthcare providers in real time. Built for iOS and Android, the app aggregates biometric data from wearables, enables HIPAA-compliant video consultations, and surfaces AI-driven health insights for clinical decision-making.
The Challenge
HealthTrack needed to replace a fragmented system of paper forms, phone calls, and third-party telehealth tools with a single, unified mobile platform — one that clinicians would actually adopt in their workflow and patients would return to daily.
Our Solution
We built two distinct mobile experiences: a patient-facing app with guided health tracking and appointment management, and a clinician dashboard with real-time patient monitoring, alerting, and note-taking. The backend on AWS handles 50,000+ daily biometric data syncs with sub-200ms API response times. All data flows through a HL7 FHIR-compliant data layer, enabling future integration with hospital EHR systems.
