About the Role

We are seeking a Senior React Developer to join our frontend team and help build scalable, maintainable, and visually stunning web applications. You will take ownership of complex frontend features, drive technical decisions, and contribute to improving our engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build reusable, high-performance React components and application architecture
  • Develop full-featured web applications using Next.js with SSR, SSG, and ISR strategies
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
  • Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and manage complex application state
  • Lead frontend code reviews and define coding standards across the team
  • Implement performance optimizations: lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies
  • Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality
  • Mentor junior frontend developers and contribute to technical roadmap discussions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience with React.js
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js (App Router and Pages Router)
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, React Query)
  • Proficiency with CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS, or CSS Modules
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright
  • Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client or URQL) and REST API integration
  • Understanding of web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an agile environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture
  • Knowledge of animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
  • Contributions to open-source React projects
  • Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python)
  • Experience with Storybook for component documentation
