About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile App Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end development of native and cross-platform mobile applications, collaborate with product managers and designers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop high-performance native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) mobile applications
  • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and establish best practices across the mobile team
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
  • Optimize application performance, load times, and offline functionality
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies
  • Stay current with mobile platform updates, new APIs, and emerging technologies
  • Ensure apps meet security, accessibility, and App Store / Play Store guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional mobile development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift for native development
  • Experience with React Native or Flutter for cross-platform development
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and offline-first architecture
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, in-app purchases, and analytics SDKs
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX principles and platform-specific design guidelines
  • Experience publishing and maintaining apps on App Store and Google Play
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Contributions to open-source mobile projects
  • Experience with AR/VR or on-device ML (Core ML, TensorFlow Lite)
  • Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Go)
  • Experience leading a team of 3+ mobile developers
